Princess Beatrice's cute stepson Wolfie pictured playing inside modern London home

Princess Beatrice's stepson has been pictured playing inside the family's modern home in London.

Beatrice became stepmum to Wolfie when she married Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi in July last year.

The youngster splits his time between his father and mum Dara Huang, who also lives in London.

Ms Huang shared pictures of the four-year-old having fun in the property in an Instagram post on Saturday.

Wolfie was seen crawling underneath a glass table in the living room in one of the images.

The tot can be seen playing with toys on a cowhide rug on the floor.

Ms Huang captioned her post: "Baby GQ discovers a new architectural, glass-cube structure."

Many Instagram users commented on the eye-catching design of the living room.

It features a tall ceiling, a huge mirror and fireplace, big windows, two cream sofas and bookshelves.

The tasteful interior is no surprise given Ms Huang's job as a designer and architect.

The founder of Design Haus Liberty was engaged to marry Mr Mozzi until they separated in 2018.

Their son Wolfie was born in 2016 and Mr Mozzi is said to be a 'easily one of the best dads', a source told People magazine.

The source also claimed Beatrice was proving herself to be a 'fantastic step-mummy'.

They added: "They’ve been on family vacations together already. They are really happy, there’s no better person they could have for a step-mummy.”

In a new interview, Beatrice has given a rare insight into being a stepmum and admitted her struggle with one aspect of parenting that countless others will have experienced over the past year.

Beatrice, who is dyslexic, said: "Homeschooling, that was definitely not my forte! Not going to lie. Sadly, I can't blame that on dyslexia.

"But I've felt very lucky to have had the chance to work with my bonus son (Wolfie) over the course of the school closures. It was a huge learning curve for all of us."

In the interview, Beatrice, who is expecting her first child with Mr Mozzi, was also asked about whether her pregnancy made her think about their child's school days and any possible challenges ahead.

But she replied: "My husband's also dyslexic so we'll see whether we're having this conversation in a couple of months' time with a new baby in the house, but I really see it as a gift. And I think life is about the moments, it's the challenges that make you."

Buckingham Palace announced in May that Beatrice and Edoardo were expecting a new arrival later this year.

The baby will be the Queen's 12th great-grandchild following the birth of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's daughter Lilibet in June.
