Prince William was left in hysterics after a woman hilariously rebuffed a job offer he made her moments after they met. The Prince and Princess of Wales were visiting North Wales for the first time since receiving their titles when the comical exchange occurred on Tuesday.
Greeting crowds who had gathered to welcome the pair to Holyhead Lifeboat Station, the couple paused to meet a grandmother, as North Wales Live reports. But despite having never met the woman before, the trio quickly became firm friends. Prince William was so impressed by the woman, he seemingly offered her a job as a babysitter on the spot.

However, she woman quickly turned down the role, but not before sharing a hilarious response, much to the Prince's delight.
The offer came about after the newfound friends built a rapport while chatting about the couple's three children with the new grandmother. This in turn prompted Prince William to quip: "We're looking for a babysitter."
Without missing a beat, the gran fired back: "I would, but I’ve got no teeth." Laughing as he spoke, the Prince reassured her "that doesn't matter." But the woman remained unconvinced.
Luckily, she can still enjoy the friendship she developed with the couple, who did not take the rejection to heart. Instead, the pair held hands with the grandmother, who revealed she had forgotten to bring a gift she had prepared for them.
"I’ve forgotten the Welsh cakes in the rush on the A55," she said. "I thought s***, the royals are coming to Holyhead," the mischievous gran added.
Prince William and the grandmother also shared a further, equally hilarious exchange, when she called after him as the pair began to move down the line to meet more locals.
Having forgotten to introduce one of her grandsons, she hoped to enjoy another chat, and Prince William was all too happy to return while his wife continued to greet other excited members of the public.
"Do you know what, we’d have a lot of fun together. I can see a real budding friendship, (between) you and me," Prince William reportedly told the gran, while she clutched his arms.
When he then clasped his hands around hers, the beaming woman replied: "I love you, you’re just so real." Leaning forward, she added, "Diana would be so proud."
And it sounds like this is only the beginning of their friendship, if the Prince's farewell is anything to go by.
"Lovely to meet you, we’ll chat again next time we’re up," he said.
The Prince and Princess of Wales are expected to return to the country before Christmas, with this week's visit being the first of many royal engagements expected in the coming months.
