Prince Philip Memorial: The full guestlist that shows which royals won't be there

All eyes today will be on the Royal Family, and whether the Queen will be well enough to attend a service of thanksgiving for the Duke of Edinburgh. The memorial at Westminster Abbey for Prince Philip, who died last year aged 99, will celebrate his public service and a "long life lived fully".

Representatives of his charities, including the Duke of Edinburgh's Award, will be in the congregation.

Buckingham Palace had indicated a last-minute decision will be taken as to whether the Queen will attend, but a statement on Tuesday morning said: "The Queen is currently intending to go to the Service of Thanksgiving for the life of the Duke of Edinburgh."

The Queen is still hoping to lead her family at the high profile and personally significant occasion for her beloved late husband.

Most members of the royal family, including Prince Andrew, are set to attend except Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Harry put out a statement several weeks ago saying he would not return to the UK from California for the service in memory of his late grandfather due to security concerns.

Others on the guest list also include royalty from across the world as well as several notable people who had long-standing associations with Philip.
