Prince Harry revealed that he keeps in contact with his wife Meghan Markle and their two children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet over Facetime while he is in the UK.
The Duke finished giving evidence In a UK court case on Tuesday and afterwards, the judge reminded him that he is forbidden to discuss evidence with anyone else overnight, the Express reports.

Harry reportedly asked: "Does that include my children, My Lord? I may be face-timing them."
Harry has flown back and forth to Britain on several occasions in the past few months including for his father King Charles' historical Coronation on May 6.

He is currently in the country for his legal action against MGN over alleged unlawful information gathering. MGN denies the allegations.
An MGN spokesperson said: “Where historical wrongdoing has taken place, we have made admissions, take full responsibility and apologise unreservedly, but we will vigorously defend against allegations of wrongdoing where our journalists acted lawfully.
"MGN is now part of a very different company. We are committed to acting with integrity and our objective in this trial is to allow both the business and our journalists to move forward from events that took place many years ago.”
However, Meghan Markle has not returned to Britain since the late Queen's funeral in September last year.
The monarch's youngest son made a fleeting visit to the UK for the celebration last month and jetted back off to California just hours after the official crowning to be at home to celebrate his son Prince Archie's birthday which fell on the same day as the Coronation.

It is believed the Sussexes marked the intimate occasion with their closest family and friends with a barbecue at Harry and Meghan's lavish home in Montecito, California.
A source told New Idea a petting zoo may have been at the party as young Lilibet is a lover of small animals.
The source added: "No doubt she’ll be getting a truckload of presents. Meghan has fallen in love with Cartier’s absolutely divine music boxes."
