Prince Harry 'not welcome at coronation as royals fear chats will end up in paperback'

Prince Harry could be excluded from King Charles ' coronation as senior royals are worried he will leak private conversations, a source has reportedly claimed.

Shocking claims have been made about members of The Firm in the Duke's controversial new memoir Spare, which was released in hardback format this week.

It includes claims that the Prince of Wales physically attacked him and teased him about his panic attacks, and that the King put his own interests above Harry's and was jealous of the Duchess of Sussex and the Princess of Wales.

While sales of the book have so far been impressive, new reports claim his secret-spilling antics may now have cost him his place at his own father's coronation this spring.

Senior members of the family are reportedly concerned that he may look to include the details of conversations with his closest family in later editions of the title.

“They do not want private conversations at the Coronation making it into the paperback edition of Spare.”

Charles III’s coronation is set to take place on Saturday, May 6, in London, which will be eight months after his ascension to the throne.

A bank holiday in celebration is set to be held across the UK on Monday, May 8.

The King and Prince William are currently said to putting on a united front amid the controversy surrounding Prince Harry 's autobiography.

The monarch and the Prince and Princess of Wales have told aides it is “business as usual” and will visit communities across the UK on Thursday.

The King will today attend a community group close to his Scottish home, Balmoral, while William and Princess Kate are due at a community engagement in the north of England.

Sources said the senior royals would not be reacting to Prince Harry ’s tell-all book, Spare, as he continues on a promotional TV tour in the US.
