Prince Harry has finally shared her own feelings about the ‘regrets’ life brings

Prince Harry has opened up about his thoughts on regrets, reflecting on his experiences and humanitarian efforts over the years.

According to an insider who spoke to Us Weekly, the Duke of Sussex has gained a new perspective with time but wouldn’t change much about his journey—except, in an ideal world, there wouldn’t be a need for the Invictus Games at all. “Today, I have the benefit of hindsight and experience, but I wouldn’t change any of it — except still wishing there were no need for the Invictus Games,” he reportedly shared.

Speaking at the Invictus Games during a match between Nigeria and the UK, Harry expressed his admiration for the players, saying, “I’m just grateful for the display that they’re putting on, and for being the humans that they are.”

He also made a special mention of Ukraine’s Superhumans Center, which supports war veterans with prosthetics and psychological care. “I was sitting with a couple of new friends of mine from [Ukraine’s] Superhumans Center, where they’re literally putting people back together. Prosthetics, psychological support, all of that is pretty incredible!” he added.

Before wrapping up, he reflected on why he founded the Invictus Games in the first place. He spoke about the “bad days” that many veterans face and how this event gives them a rare chance to feel less isolated. “For this week, the bad days are very limited … because they realize that they’re not isolated, they’re not alone,” he said.

“Everybody around them is carrying something. Once you put all these guys and girls in the same arena, they start sharing each other’s stories and realize that …. there’s nothing wrong with them.”

It’s clear that for Harry, the Invictus Games are more than just a sporting event—it’s a space where veterans can find strength, connection, and a renewed sense of purpose.
