Prince Harry could be staying with pop legend Elton John during his trip to the UK, according to a royal expert.
Appearing on Good Morning Britain, Ingrid Seward, editor-in-chief of Majesty magazine, revealed that the Duke of Sussex could be bunking in with the singer in Windsor.
She was asked by host Richard Madeley if she believed it to be strange that Harry would not meet with King Charles after the monarch issued a statement that he was "too busy" to see Harry, and also whether he was devising a plan to upstage his father, who was supposed to be travelling on a state visit to France.
Seward said: "He's probably been in conversation with Elton John - they probably even flew over here together, Harry could even be staying with him in Windsor.
"They probably decided for both of them to go and Harry's lawyers wanted him to go and I don't think that Harry would have even known that his father was going on a state visit. That sounds strange but that's Harry for you."
Richard went on to state: "Well that's the royal family for you, they're not like us are they?"
It comes as the pair made a surprise appearance at London's High Court on Monday as they and five others began a lawsuit against Associated Newspapers (ANL).
The Daily Mail publishers have been accused of years of alleged phone tapping and privacy breaches.
They claim they were victims of "numerous unlawful acts" carried out by private investigators and journalists who were working on behalf of ANL titles including the Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday.
The accusations included phone hacking, accessing medical records and commissioning the breaking and entry into private property.
The alleged activity ran from 1993 to 2011, and even up to 2018.
Elton John, Furnish, Sadie Frost and another claimant, Doreen Lawrence, mother of Black teenager Stephen Lawrence who was murdered in a 1993 racist attack, were also in court on Monday.
Associated Press has denied the allegations.
