Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's chief of staff, Josh Kettler, recently left his position after just three months, citing discomfort with certain aspects of the job. Sources revealed that Kettler realized the role wasn't suitable for him and decided to depart rather than continue in a position he didn't enjoy.

Reportedly, the decision for Kettler to leave was mutual, with all parties agreeing that he wasn't the right fit for the role. Kettler, who has an impressive background working for companies like Better Place Forests and Lionsgate Films, had been hired on a trial basis.

This departure follows previous attention on staff exits related to the Sussexes. Allegations of bullying by Meghan Markle towards palace aides have surfaced in the past, although Harry has refuted these claims in his memoir.

Kettler cited discomfort with certain aspects of the job as the reason for his departure.

Changes within the Sussexes' Archewell company have also been notable, with Markle's podcast producer and other top executives resigning in December 2022. Despite these shifts, former chief of staff Catherine St-Laurent spoke positively about her time working with Harry and Meghan.

Efforts to reach out to Harry and Markle's representatives for comments on Kettler's exit have not yielded immediate responses.
