Prince George, Charlotte and Louis share their #7 top Christmas toys - and we reckon it’ll be carnage at Adelaide Cottage with #3

Princess Charlotte, Prince Louis and Prince George with drop in of fave toys.

Prince George, Charlotte, and Louis have shared what Christmas toys they'd love to play with - and while there are some popular LEGO and Barbie choices, there's one that could cause carnage.

As parents frantically cross off the top Christmas toys from the lists their children sent to the real Santa Claus and continue with Christmas traditions like Elf on the Shelf ideas, some children are less fortunate.

The Princess of Wales took her three children, Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, eight, and Prince Louis, five, to a baby bank in Holyport near Maidenhead to help sort through donations and pack gift bags full of toys for struggling families.

A sweet video has been shared on the Prince and Princess of Wales's social media and it shows the children donating some toys before entering the stock room to pick out some toys they would like to give as gifts to children their age.

One of the volunteers explained their role, "What we would like you to do is try and choose some presents for some children who are a similar age to you guys, so if you think about what you would like to play with."

The Wales kids wasted no time in filling giant festive gift bags full of toys and in doing so they've shared what toys they'd like to play with - and there are some typical choices, proving the royal kids are just as much into monsters, LEGO, and roleplay as the next kid.

Here's what the royal kids chose...

Prince Louis picked out a LEGO 42149 Technic Monster Jam Dragon Monster Truck was £17.99 and is now £15.99 at Amazon. The single vehicle can be transformed into a 2-in-1 racing pull-back car toy that can do off-road stunts. And while it's suitable for children older than him, it's a perfect gift for boys or girls aged seven and over who love LEGO, which was invented back in 1932.

He also fell in love with a giant Kong Figure from Monsterverse Godzilla vs Kong which stands at 28cm tall. As he picked up the toy, he said, "This is a big guy” Amazon is selling one for £24.99 reduced from £29.99, while at Hamley's it's on sale was £26.99 now £16.19

Prince Louis also picked out a Championship toy title belt RRP £21, it's perfect for fans of WWE World Heavyweight wrestling as this championship toy title belt can be used for fancy dress or to mark victory following play wrestling at home. The Wales youngster teamed this up with a gold snake head sceptre hand cane is available to buy from Partyperfecto.co.uk for under £3.50 making it a perfect stocking filler and great for scaring off any would-be wrestling opponent. And we think it will be carnage at Adelaide Cottage this Christmas if Santa brings him one too.

Meanwhile, Princess Charlotte picked out a Barbie EXTRA doll which appeared to be wearing a floral two-piece outfit with a pet bunny and is suitable for ages three and up. Amazon is currently selling the doll for £17.99, and the franchise has proved a popular choice following the successful Barbie movie which was released earlier this year and had parents asking if the Barbie movie is for kids.

Prince George is known to be a fan of the natural world, having watched the Sir David Attenborough documentaries, and it comes as no surprise that he chose a scientific microscope as his gift to give another child. He also picked out a remote control car but it's unclear what model it was from the video clip. You can buy a similar scientific kids microscope on Amazon for £14.99.

In the video, it was revealed that Prince George was keen to return to volunteer at the baby bank.

She told him, "You can see how rewarding this work is, knowing that you’re helping out others” and her son replied “Yes”.

Kate continued, "All these bags are donations and then we have to go and sort them and put them in all the boxes."

The children displayed their folding skills as they helped to fold children's clothes and Prince George held up a Hawaiian shirt, Princess Charlotte giggled as she found a Welsh babygrow and Prince Louis sorted out some cartoon slippers.

Rebecca Mistry, the Baby Bank’s co-founder and co-chief executive officer, said the young royals helped with their Christmas campaign where pyjamas, books, chocolates, and toys are being donated to 1,600 children.
