Prince Andrew is reportedly refusing to leave his home, the Royal Lodge, despite not being able to afford it, it has been claimed.
The Mirror reports that the King had been planning to slash Andrew's grant of £250,000 that he used to receive on a yearly basis from the late Queen.
This would mean that the Prince would not be able to fund the upkeep of his Windsor home.

The subsidy was used for the upkeep and maintenance of the 30-room mansion.
King Charles III has now taken control of the £652.8 million Privy Purse following the death of his dear mother, Queen Elizabeth II.
And according to the Sun, despite slashing his grant, the King has agreed to pay for Andrew's unarmed private security, estimated at around £3 million a year.
This news comes after Andrew was stripped of his taxpayer-funded Met Police guards in 2023.
Andrew was forced to step down from royal duties after he was accused of having sexual relations with a teenager - which he denies.
The Duke of York's finances are now likely to be limited, due to his business interests drying up - as his Navy pension was his main source of income.
While it has been claimed that the King is planning to evict Andrew, he also previously claimed that the Duke of York should move to the nearby Frogmore Cottage.
Plans have been drawn up for Prince William and his family to then move into the Royal Lodge, which has been cited as more suitable for a growing family.
Andrew currently lives in the Royal Lodge with his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson. Palace chiefs reportedly set a September deadline for the former couple to vacate their home - then agreed that this date was too early.
Friends of Andrew told The Sun that he is determined to stay, with one stating that it had been his home for the last 20 years.
Another friend said: “If Charles wants Andrew to play ball and help the family, aren’t there better ways of going about it?
"Why not do the decent thing, sit down and talk? If they need the house for William, perhaps Andrew should be told. Perhaps William should invite his uncle for tea and explain?
“Or why doesn’t Charles invite his brother for a meeting and ask him if he’d leave Royal Lodge to help his nephew and the future of the monarchy.”
