Primark worker reveals questions that stress staff out - and they hate Stranger Things

When you work in retail you're the main point of contact for the customers - so you need to be prepared to answer a lot of questions.

But some queries that staff members face are certainly more bizarre than others.

TikTok user @magicalame, who works at Primark, decided to make a video telling us the questions she gets asked most frequently as part of her day job.

The video was captioned: "It's always the hellfire Stranger Things shirts man…@ Netflix please relase more of them I beg", alluding to the fact she's often asked about the popular Netflix show's merchandise.

The video shows @magicalame with flashing lights, sitting down cross-legged and dancing.

The first question she's asked pops up on the screen: "Why can't I return underwear? I haven't even worn them."

Another frequently asked question is: "Are there any toilets?"

Bargain-hunting customers are also always asking: "Are they not reduced? There's a red sticker on them?"

And of course, Stranger Things fans are always asking about the merchandise, asking: "Have you got any Stranger Things merch in?"

One cheeky commenter wrote: "Do you though? Have any stranger things merch?"

The TikToker replied: "We have PJs in the women's section but we don’t have the hellfire t-shirts that everyone wants we sold out and they’ve not been available since", followed by a sad face.

A fellow Primark staff member wrote: "So it’s not only just me that gets asked about stranger things merch! Got this spot on!"

People were quick to point out that it wasn't just Primark to get all these questions though, with one writing: "I have heard all these working in another clothing store!"

"Not the stranger things merch", one wrote, followed by crying with laughter faces.

@magicalame then confirmed she gets asked about it at least three times a day.
