Primark shoppers want to leave these shoes now available back in the 00s

Primark shoppers are calling to leave these shoes that are now available in store back in the 00s.

The shoes are ballerina pumps with a small bow on the front and are priced £7 at the high-street budget retailer.

Primark shared an image of the shoes on Instagram in two colourways and said: "Which colour are you choosing? Shoes £7," reports Bristol Live.

Shoppers have been mixed in their reactions.

One shopper said: "These shoes need to stay in the early 2000s and 2010s."

Another added: "These belong in 2009," while one social media user said: "Straight to jail."

A third said: "Didn't we all collectively agree to forget these even existed."

Another social media user said: "Oh god not these again!... Appear to have woken up in 2005!!!"

But some seem to be a fan of the shoes, with the post receiving nearly 7,000 likes.

One shopper said: "When it comes to shoes in different colours, I have a tendency towards buying more than 1 pair!!"

One asked for the shoes in different colours as they said: "Always [colours] that I would never wear....so tired of [seeing] pink... is it available in black and white... or black and blue???" with other shoppers informing them that other colours are available.

Another said they'd choose "both" colourways in the image shown, while another added: "All of them."
