Primark has sent shoppers swooning over a set of silky pyjamas that are similar to an iconic set sold from Victoria's Secret - and they are perfect for these hot nights.
The budget fast-fashion retailer has gained a legion of devoted fans for its range of budget-friendly 'dupes' that are very similar to designer versions that are worth up to thousands of pounds. From designer heels to luxury make-up products, the high-street chain is well known for providing shoppers with low cost versions of some iconic designer products.
And now it is selling a copycat version of Victoria's Secrets iconic pyjama set which has shoppers running to their local store.
Primark took to its official Instagram account to share a snap of the new silky pink striped shorts and top combo. The PJ set bears an uncanny resemblance to the American brand's iconic 'Pink Angel Stripe' pattern, just without the black piping. Considering Victoria's Secret pyjamas can cost a whopping £65 a pair, Primark's £14 nightwear 'dupe' is a much more budget-friendly option.
Sharing their stylish nightwear to their 9.8 million followers on Instagram, Primark wrote: "Silky PJs and a cuppa to start the day. Pj Set £14/€16/$18 #Primark #Nightwear."
Many shoppers quickly flocked to the comments section to mention the Victoria's Secret resemblance, and to say how much they "loved" the set.
"Looks like Victorias Secret", said one shopper.
"Very Victoria secret! So cute! x x x", commented a second.
"Oh wow absolutely love these", praised a third shopper.
"Looooove it", raved a fourth.
A fifth shopper said that the PJ set was "definitely worth it."
Primark's pink striped silky PJ set is available in stores now for £14.
