A new range of Primark pyjamas has been a huge hit with shoppers across the UK, as they help you to keep cool during the night.
Many of us will be finding it harder than ever to get to sleep at the moment thanks to the higher temperatures outside. And for those experiencing symptoms of the menopause, the problem can be even more unbearable.
However, the high street retailer has added to its range of 'temperature regulating' clothes with some brand new pyjamas that start from just £8.
OK! reports that although the collection was created with menopause in mind, the pyjamas are ideal for anyone who has been struggling to get comfortable and sleep during the summer months.
The Menopause Collection has everything from underwear to base layers to help alleviate hot flushes and sweating, but its nightwear range will definitely come in handy for the hot, humid evenings at the moment.
The range includes matching pyjama sets and v-neck nightdresses, meaning there's something that will suit everyone. Each item of clothing works to regulate your body temperature during the night, so you can sleep more comfortably.
Prices start at just £8 for the pyjamas and include a tank top, £8 here, and shorts, also £8 here.
The range is made from a lightweight fabric that’s woven from a complex mix of yarns which absorbs heat from the skin’s surface, and then releases warmth during the chill that typically follows to help keep your body temperature more regular.
The material helps to banish extra moisture and even has an antibacterial coating that helps to control any body odour.
Other fabrics to keep an eye out for to help you stay cool at night at cotton and linen, as they absorb a lot of moisture and dry quickly, as well as being ultra breathable making them ideal for wearing during hot nights.
