A Primark shopper has discovered a dupe in stores that costs a whopping £2,493 less than its designer doppelganger.
Fashion TikToker Perrie Sian shared her find on the social media platform after taking a trip to the high street store, revealing that she had snapped up a silver shoulder bag for just £7. "I got this really cute little bag. This reminds me of the Prada Cleo bag," she explained as she showed off her discovery.
The Primark bag does indeed bear a striking resemblance to Prada's Cleo brushed leather shoulder bag - the main difference being that the designer version will set shoppers back a staggering £2,500. While the Primark dupe may not be quite as fancy, it's almost certainly worth foregoing the designer label to save thousands and still get a similar look.

Also available in blue or pink, the description of the High Shine Shoulder Bag on Primark's website reads: "This high shine crossbody bag is a must-have this season! Fashioned with a metallic gloss finish and a large strap for easy carry, this bag is just what you need to store your party essentials.
"Dress it up with your favourite ‘out out’ look and pair it with our range of accessories. Whether attending a party or gifting it to someone special, this crossbody bag compliments any outfit and any occasion! You’re spoilt for choice with three stunning colourways to choose from, what’s not to love?"
Primark is popular with shoppers for its range of dupes of pricier brands, including a hooded blanket that has been compared to the Oodie which can set you back anywhere from £80 to £100. Primark's cheaper version, called the Snuddie, is priced from just £16 and comes in a range of different colours and designs.
Last summer, eagle-eyed shoppers also spotted that the high street giant was selling £12 sandals that looked very similar to footwear by Chanel that carried an eye-watering price tag of £1,140. Primark shoppers quickly drew comparisons to Chanel's Ivory Knitwear sandals when the retailer shared snaps of the new footwear on Instagram, saving shoppers an amazing £1,128 by opting for the dupe.
