Primark selling £7 handbag which has been compared to Prada's £2,500 Cleo bag

Primark is currently selling a £7 handbag which has been compared to a £2,500 Prada version. The high street store has launched a metallic shoulder bag that is described as perfect for 'festive nights out'.

The retailer is known for its affordable clothing and accessories that sometimes look like designer dupes. One Primark shopper took to TikTok to show off her designer dupe handbag.

The Echo reports @perriesian showed off her purchase to her 341,000 followers. Taking to the social media platform, she compared the bag to the Prada Cleo brushed shoulder bag.

Perrie said: “Guys I did some serious damage in Primark. I got some absolute little gems. First thing, I got this really cute little bag. This reminds me of the Prada Cleo bag, I think it’s a dupe. £7, just thought this would be so nice for like Christmas, festive nights out."

Primark's High Shine Shoulder Bag features 'contrasting stitch detailing and a glossy finish' and is a whopping £2,493 cheaper than Prada's offering. While Perrie picked it up in metallic silver, it also comes in metallic pink and metallic blue.

Fashion influencer Perrie also picked up one of Primark’s viral £14 unitards in her haul, telling followers: "One of my best Primark shops to date!!!!! I got so many good bits!!." TikToker Emma Bisseker added: "You take my shopping addiction to a whole new level."
