Primark's new Greggs range being sold on eBay for five times its original price

Shoppers are cashing in on Primark's popular new range - and selling products for as much as five times their original price.

Greggs announced last month that it had once again teamed up with high street favourite Primark for the launch of its second limited edition clothing line. While the range doesn't officially go on sale until August 5, some shoppers managed to get hold of the coveted items early.

This is thanks to the 'Snackfest' bus, which has been touring UK cities - including Liverpool - where shoppers got a sneak peek at the range and could buy two of the products as part of the pre-sale experience. Over the last week, Greggs x Primark clothing has been appearing on eBay - with prices significantly higher than the original.

This isn't the first time shoppers have sold Primark clothing online, with many recently selling off its popular Stranger Things Hellfire Club t-shirt for £150, despite its original price of £10. This time, shoppers are selling off Primark's new Greggs products, including reversible bucket hats, socks, clogs, t-shirts, bum bags and more.

At the time of writing, one seller has listed Primark's Greggs reversible bucket hat for £40 - the product will cost shoppers £8 in store once the range is available on Friday. Another is selling a £9 Greggs body bag for £21.98.

A number of sellers have also listed Greggs x Primark clogs for £26, despite being priced at £6 by the retailer. A pair of Primark's Greggs logo shorts are listed at £20, though the retailer has them priced at £12.

The new Greggs x Primark collection launches in all stores nationwide on Friday, August 5. You can find your nearest Primark store here.
