Bargain retailer Primark has pyjamas currently available which are designed to help keep you cool during the night.
Due to hotter temperatures it can be really hard to get to sleep at night. so it might be time to invest in some cooling pyjamas.
The pyjamas are part of Primark’s Menopause Collection, and have been specially designed to keep the wearer cool and comfortable when fighting the dreaded hot flushes that many menopause sufferers have to deal with, reports OK!.

Although created with the menopause in mind, they’re also perfect for dealing with the heat we're currently struggling with at night and can help you stay cool whilst you sleep.
The Menopause Collection has everything from underwear to base layers to help alleviate hot flushes and sweating, but its nightwear range will definitely come in handy for the hot evenings we’re currently experiencing, reports OK!.
The pyjama tank top is priced at £8, with the shorts also the same price.
They're designed to "regulate your body temperature throughout the night", says the retailer.
