Parents are being warned about a number of baby items that have been recalled by Primark over safety fears.
The retailer says some of its baby and toddler plates "do not meet its usual high standards for safety" and is asking customers to return the products to stores for a full refund. Primark has warned that its bunny character wooden plate, bear character wooden plate, and rainbow wooden plate "have been found to release trace amounts of lead and formaldehyde at levels higher than EU regulation permitted levels".
It comes after its Winnie the Pooh baby plates were recalled earlier this year for the same reason. Which? said: "Despite only being found in trace amounts, the levels of lead and formaldehyde exceeded those permitted by EU regulations and may pose a safety risk if ingested."

- Bear Character Wooden Plate (Kimball no. 8096002), on sale from October 27, 2021
- Rainbow Wood Plate (Kimball no. 7981401), on sale from May 29, 2022
Which? has advised anyone who has any of the plates to "stop using them immediately".
