Primark makes huge change to Manchester click & collect that saves shoppers £10

Shoppers at Manchester’s two Primark branches will be able to take advantage of a new offer that could see them save £10 on their shop in January. The retailer has lowered the minimum order for Click + Collect customers - meaning they won’t have to spend as much to shop online and beat the queues.

The budget fashion retailer has dropped the minimum threshold from £15 to £5 for the rest of the month, saving both time and money this January.

Products currently available on the Click + Collect service - available at the Trafford Centre and Market Street branches - include an extensive range of Primark kids’ products, including clothing, toys and nursery accessories.

After browsing more than 2,000 items on Primark.com, shoppers can check out online and collect their order from the Click + Collect desk for free.

Click + Collect customers can also take advantage of a simple trick to avoid queuing in store by picking up any additional items and paying for these at the Click + Collect desk while collecting their order.

Prices on the Primark website for products included in Click + Collect start at £4 for a four pack of white school socks, going up to £40 for a Disney table and chairs set.

Click + Collect launched in October and is currently being trialled in 25 stores across the North West of England, Yorkshire and Wales.

Despite major successes over the Christmas period, Primark bosses still say that there are no plans to launch a fully-shoppable online site - but we sure hope that more lines are added to the Click + Collect service soon.
