Primark hen do range including bow veil, sashes and £6 bride straw hat has shoppers swooning

Hen party season is here - but buying accessories like sashes and the all-important veil can be an expensive business. Step forward Primark, with a budget-friendly range for the big night that shoppers are raving about.

The fashion chain's hen do gear includes everything from glasses to clips, sashes, headbands and rosettes. There is also a £5 mid-length bow veil attached to a hair clip, with an oversized cream bow at the top.

The find was shared on TikTok by 23-year-old Mirib, who is getting married herself next year. She said: "Don't walk, RUN to Primark", adding in the caption that she's "in love with this bridal find".

Another shopper replied that she bought the same bow veil for her hen do, describing it as "perfect", while another added: "How cute is this!!".

The bow veil is not currently featured on Primark's website - suggesting you'll have to be quick to grab one from your local store. But another bride to be veil is also available.

Priced at £4, it features gold lettering over a mesh fabric and a hair slide. Primark says: "Embrace the obligatory hen do decor with our chic bridal veil. With ‘Bride to Be’ printed in bold gold lettering on the diaphanous mesh fabric, a satin-look hem and a French slide for fastening it into the hair, it’s a IG-worthy addition to your pre-wedding celebrations."

You could also opt for a pair of £2 "Team Bride" glasses or a personalised bride bulldog clip or £3 "Team Bride" metal gold hairband. Meanwhile Primark describes a £6 bride straw hat as "the perfect accessory for summer hen-dos or honeymoons".

The description adds: "Finished with a beige coloured band and embossed with gold writing reading ‘Bride’ (which glitters under the light!) this hat will keep your head sheltered from the sun - leaving you to focus on what’s important: enjoying every moment. A special keepsake too, we’re saying nothing other than ‘I do’ when looking at this beautiful hat!"

Primark items are not available to buy online but its website now allows customers to check stock levels at their local store.
