Primark has confirmed that Bristol's store will soon have its own Greggs cafe. Visitors can expect a ‘Tasty by Greggs’ style interior with doughnut-inspired seating booths, a Sausage Roll swing, and interactive Greggs phone box.
Greggs and Primark have been working in partnership for over a year with both the clothing range and the ‘Tasty by Greggs’ Cafes being a huge success. The two companies launched the idea of having a Greggs cafe in Primark in Birmingham followed by the Oxford Street store in London.
Now the two high street favourites are branching out to more stores, with four promised for this year alone. The third store was officially opened yesterday in Newcastle upon Tyne, where customers are able to dine in the new 114 seat cafe or use the grab and go option to eat while they shop.

And they are not stopping there, works on three more stores by June this year are already underway and Bristol is next.
Earlier this week Bristol Live noticed the area where Costa used to live in Primark, as well as part of the bags section was boarded up, and now we know why.
A spokesperson for Primark said: “Our fourth Tasty by Greggs café will be opening this year in Primark Bristol. The new café will be on the 1st floor of the store and will replace the previous space occupied by Costa Coffee.”
Property director at Greggs, Tony Rowson, told the Sun: “We’re thrilled with the success of our partnership with Primark to date – ranging from three iconic fashion collections to now three brilliant ‘Tasty by Greggs’ cafes. We’re constantly on the lookout for new ways to inspire and excite our customers and we’re looking forward to extending our partnership to new locations later this year.”
While there is currently no exact date as to when the new café will open, hopes are that it will be ready for opening sometime around May.
