Primark have brought back their popular money-saver that could help shoppers not have to splash out on Christmas wrapping paper this year.
The bargain retailers are once again stocking their festive bags that double up as paper, or can be used for sending presents through the post.
Primark has confirmed its brown and red striped bags are back, in a move that has gone down well on social media, Hull Live reports.
They were a huge hit last year - and with Christmas less than two months away, many have vowed to make full use of them again.
On Facebook's Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group, shopper Fiona Spriggs posted to say that she was already making use of the bags: "Free wrapping paper and gift tags made out of Primark bags."
Others added that they have already started using the bags to wrap gifts and parcels, with the festive period fast approaching.
One user wrote: "What a brilliant idea! Two uses out of one item and can be recycled after that’s a win win!"
Another said: "Well done Primark for an ingenious idea!!"
However, some people were worried how their gifts would be received in such wrapping paper, with one shopper saying: "Primark really pushing their paper shopping bags as wrapping paper! That really gives off vibes as ‘cheap b****rd’."
Another wasn't impressed, saying: "Primark wrapping paper is like cheap embossed wallpaper… it’d be better used lining the inside of a rabbit hutch or as a handy firestarter #xmaswrappingfail."
And one tweeter highlighted a problem that anyone with a cat will be familiar with, saying: "Maybe I will actually try and use the Primark bag as wrapping paper. My cats: or we can rip it up and use it as a bed."
Last Christmas, Primark shared a two-minute video on YouTube demonstrating how the bags can be used as wrapping paper.
The bags also come with instructions showing how they can be reused.
