President-elect Donald Trump has arrived at the White House to meet with President Joe Biden. The last time Trump was in the Oval Office, he scrawled out a two-page letter to Biden and slipped it into the drawer of the Resolute Desk. He returns to the White House on Wednesday in vastly altered circumstances, basking in his return to power.
