President Joe Biden participated in a family photo with other NATO leaders during the alliance’s Washington summit just after noon Wednesday.
The president briefly spoke to some of the leaders as he shook their hand, according to pool reports, but there were no public remarks.
Biden shook hands with the leaders - 31 in total - individually. Among the other leaders who participated were French President Emmanuel Macron, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán.
