Conditions look set to remain dry for up to 10 days, however a weather expert has warned the public to watch out for one particular type of weather.
Alan O'Reilly of Carlow Weather has told the public to expect settled conditions and "very little rainfall" for the next seven to 10 days due to high pressure dominating.
He said: "Temperatures a little below normal with risk of frost so gardeners be aware."

The popular and reliable forecaster has been closely monitoring the potential for another Beast from the East, which plagued the country in March of 2018, as houses and schools remained snowed in for several days on end.
On his Twitter page, Mr O'Reilly posted a picture of a chart from the original event five years ago.
Accompanying it, he detailed: "Don’t panic though this chart is from this day 5 years ago when the real Beast was on the weather charts. No sign of any repeat of 2018 at present but still a risk of colder March spell."
Like Mr O'Reilly, national forecaster Met Eireann has also warned that frost is on the horizon.
"Becoming quite cold overnight with temperatures dipping back to between -2C and 4C, allowing frost to develop in some areas," a spokesperson confirmed.
"A light to moderate northeast breeze will ensure Irish Sea coastal areas will remain frost-free."
