The new season starts here! After an 11-week break, the Premier League is back.
For the first time, the Standard is marking the big kick-off with seven different front pages, featuring London’s Premier League clubs: Tottenham Hotspur, Fulham, Crystal Palace, Brentford, West Ham, Arsenal and Chelsea.
Standard Sport will be with you every step of the way this season, with the latest news, comment and analysis, online and in print.
But the Premier League won’t overshadow the Lionesses — we’ll also have extensive coverage of their World Cup quarter-final against Colombia on Saturday morning.
On Friday evening the new season kicks off with newcomers Burnley facing off against last season’s champions Man City in what is sure to be an incredibly stern test.
And then over the weekend and through to Monday there is a full selection of games with Arsenal kicking off their season in the lunchtime kick off.
