Premier League relegation odds as Leeds United enter bottom three after Everton defeat

Leeds United have entered the Premier League's bottom three for the first time this season after they were defeated 1-0 by relegation rivals Everton at Goodison Park on Saturday afternoon.

The Whites were leapfrogged by the Toffees and Bournemouth following the loss, after the Cherries themselves ran out 1-0 victors over Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux.

Despite that, Gary O'Neil's side is still the heavy bookies' favourite to be relegated and are given a 1/3 price, while Southampton are 2/5 to drop to the Championship even though they found a shock three points against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge this afternoon.

Leeds' own price is 5/4 while Sean Dyche's side move past them with slightly better odds of 6/4 to be in the relegation zone at the end of the final day of the season.

Despite being in the relegation zone currently, West Ham are given a longer price than most other drop zone rivals with odds of 5/1 to be relegated.

Leeds - 5/4
