Premier League managers have reacted differently to seeing managerial counterpart Thomas Tuchel sacked by the new Chelsea regime led by Todd Boehly.
football.london understands that this wasn't an instant decision against the backlash of the Dinamo Zagreb loss. In fact, certain things were already going on behind the scenes to suggest this decision was a matter of when and not if. A statement from the Club reads: "Chelsea Football Club has today parted company with head coach Thomas Tuchel.
"On behalf of everyone at Chelsea FC, the Club would like to place on record its gratitude to Thomas and his staff for all their efforts during their time with the Club. Thomas will rightly have a place in Chelsea's history after winning the Champions League, the Super Cup and Club World Cup in his time here. As the new ownership group reaches 100 days since taking over the Club, and as it continues its hard work to take the Club forward, the new owners believe it is the right time to make this transition.

"Chelsea's coaching staff will take charge of the team for training and the preparation of our upcoming matches as the Club moves swiftly to appoint a new head coach.
"There will be no further comment until a new head coach appointment is made."
Since this club statement was released in the morning, many managers and former players have had their say on the situation with Man United's newly appointed boss Erik ten Hag 'sorry' to see this happen to his managerial counterpart, especially with how early on into 2022/23 it is.
West Ham's David Moyes, whose side recently succumbed to Tuchel's turgid Chelsea quite controversially via the VAR debacle, is the next who has sent his best wishes to a manager who is sure to get his next gig relatively soon with his reputation still largely intact.
"I'm very surprised and also disappointed because I want the managers to stay in their jobs. It's a difficult job," Moyes said in his pre-Europa League press conference on Wednesday afternoon. "He's a very experienced manager, and I don't think Thomas [Tuchel] will be out of work too long if he chooses not to be."
Graham Potter's appointment as Tuchel's successor is moving at a quick pace, with the Brighton manager looking like pipping Mauricio Pochettino to the post after he was invited to London for face-to-face talks with Boehly.
