Premier League fixtures 'leaked' with Nottingham Forest facing competitive start

The Premier League fixtures for the 2023/24 season will be announced in full tomorrow (June 15), with fans finding out at 9am who their team will play and when.

But some are convinced they've had an early heads-up after the opening-day fixture list was apparently publish on social media.

And according to the leaked first-day Premier League games, Nottingham Forest are scheduled to face Wolverhampton Wanderers away from home over the weekend beginning on Saturday, August 12.

Given that the two teams finished just three points apart last term, it could be a tasty game to start the season if the leak is genuine.

According to the tweet, Manchester City will start the defence of their title at Burnley, while Luton Town's first game back in the top flight will be at home to Liverpool. In other games, ailing Tottenham will supposedly host money-bags Champions League team Newcastle United, while Manchester United lock horns with a Brighton side who impressed everyone last term.
