Liverpool may travel to Luton Town while Everton host Brentford on the opening weekend of the 2023/24 season - according to a 'leaked' image.
The Premier League fixture calendar will be released at 9am tomorrow (Thursday) as attention quickly turns to the new season. Jurgen Klopp's side will be looking to improve on their disappointing campaign that saw them salvage a fifth-place finish despite their European prospects looking bleak at the start of the year.
And the same can be said for the Blues. They ensured their Premier League status on the final day of the season as Abdoulaye Doucoure's goal was enough to keep them in the English top-flight as Leeds United and Leicester City joined Southampton in the Championship.
This season will be one of the final campaign that Goodison Park plays host to football in England's top division ahead of the club's switch to their modern stadium on Bramley-Moore Dock.

As is the case every year on the eve of the release of Premier League fixtures, there are 'leaked' fixtures for the opening day of the season doing the rounds. It has already been confirmed that the Reds have requested to start the season away from home as their Anfield Road Stand expansion continues to accelerate towards completion.
In a picture published by the account UtdXclusive, the curtain raiser for the 2023/24 campaign has reportedly already been confirmed.
If it is to be believed, Liverpool will be travelling to newly-promoted Luton, who completed their rise from the National League to the Premier League thanks to their penalty shootout win over Coventry City in the playoff final at Wembley.
Goodison Park will play host to Thomas Frank's side, according to the leak, where Everton fans will be hoping Sean Dyche will have been backed to bolster the squad after arriving in January.
The other reported fixtures see champions Manchester City travel to newly-promoted opposition in Burnley, while Arsenal take on Fulham.
Manchester United could begin their campaign at home to Brighton & Hove Albion after the Seagulls completed a domestic double over the Red Devils.
But as fans of several clubs have pointed out, Luton have also requested to start their campaign away from Kenilworth Road as they update facilities in order to comply with the league's broadcasting requirements.
Luton chief Mick Harford recently told the BBC: "We will probably have to play maybe two or three games away from home at the start of the Premier League season."
