Pregnant woman gifts husband £160k Lamborghini as 'reward' for sleepless nights ahead

A 19-year-old cosmetics influencer from Malaysia has gifted her husband with a £160k Lamborghini Huracan Evo ahead of the birth of their first child.

As is traditional in her family's state of Kelantan, Anes Ayuni Osman will enter into a 100 day period of confinement once her baby is born, where she will be limiting her movements to avoid any complications.

During this time, Anes will be relying on her husband, 20-year-old entrepreneur Weldan Zulkefli, for help while she rests. He will therefore be the one to take charge of early parental duties such as nappy changing, and she wanted to get him a special present as thanks for the sleepless nights ahead.

In a video uploaded to TikTok, Anes can be seen walking a blindfolded Weldan into a car dealership, where she surprised him with the luxury car. The vehicle was even wrapped in a huge red bow.

Delighted by the unexpected present, Weldan can be seen hugging his pregnant wife joyfully.

The video has been liked more than 162.9K and many followers have been blown away by Anes' generosity.

One person joked that hiring "a full-time nurse would have been cheaper", while another described Weldan as being a "lucky man".

Speaking with Malaysian publication mStar, Anes said her husband will be absolutely fine with taking over nappy duty when the time comes, explaining: "He’s fine with that because he has been cleaning after our cat all this while. He can stay awake at night because his business brain works better at night doing marketing".

Anes - who goes by the username @ ayunieso24 continued: "According to my family’s tradition in Kelantan, the period is 100 days so that’s three months of my husband having to be in Kampung with me at my parents’ home.

"I’m expecting my husband to not only be with me all the time but he has to care for the baby day and night because there’s a huge possibility I will be having a Caesarean birth. Mums out there will know how painful a C-section is, so I want more attention from my husband".

Given that she's scheduled to give birth at the end of March, Anes wanted to buy the present early, knowing that she soon won't be able to travel about as she usually would.

She explained: “Our blessings have not stopped since we got married, he has taken such good care of me, especially during my pregnancy. Apart from being thankful for his sacrifice, I am gifting this Lamborghini because I want him by my side throughout my confinement".
