A pregnant TikToker caught the moment her baby bump 'dropped' during a gym workout on camera. The incredible footage has stunned fitness fanatics as the gym goer can be seen performing a kettlebell workout before she is stunned by the movement.
The clip, filmed when the woman was 38 weeks pregnant, has now been shared online by @weirdjaime, who has since welcomed a beautiful baby boy.
Social media users were stunned the self-confessed 'fitness junky' managed to capture the phenomenon on her camera as they were left impressed at her dedication to fitness, the Mirror reports.
The downward movement occurs in the last few weeks of pregnancy and happens when the baby's head moves down into the mum's pelvis, the NHS website states. But it is difficult to predict when this could happen.
In a lucky twist, Jamie perfectly recorded the moment with her camera set up.
Posting the footage, she said she 'nearly peed herself' when her baby dropped half way though her workout set. She can be seen crouching to the floor and cradling her bump after realising what happened.
The video has now been liked over 500,000 times on TikTok.

A third agreed: "The magic of a female body. Good on you for keeping on with staying healthy, it'll hopefully make labour easier!"
Meanwhile, another mum shared: "Um I'm 38 weeks and I successfully put socks on today. Go mama!"
Another commented: "Meanwhile I'm 35 weeks and can barely walk through the grocery store."
In response, Jaime replied: "I have days like this too! It’s so wild how your energy can shift so much from one day to the next!!"
