Pregnant Sophie Turner is trying to convince husband Joe Jonas to move back to the UK.
The Game of Thrones star already shares daughter Willa, 1, with the singer, and on Monday night, she confirmed they were expecting their second child on the red carpet at the Met Gala in New York.
Sophie was born in Northampton and moved to Warwickshire when she was a child, and her family - including mum Sally and dad Andrew - still live in England, along with her two older brothers.
In a new interview with Elle magazine, the 26-year-old actress said she was trying to persuade her husband, 32, to relocate from the US to her native England.
“I miss England so much. The people, the attitude, everything. I'm slowly dragging my husband back,” she said.
Sophie, who attended private schools in Warwickshire, said she wants her children to get “the school life that I was so lucky to have”.
Sophie also spoke about her pregnancy, and said she and Joe were excited to be expanding their family.
“It's what life is about for me – raising the next generation. The greatest thing in life is seeing my daughter go from strength to strength. We're so excited to be expanding the family. It's the best blessing ever,” she sweetly shared.
Sophie welcomed daughter Willa in July 2020, and has been the subject of pregnancy rumours over the last few months, as she’s been spotted out and about with a growing bump.
She took to the red carpet at the Met Gala, rocking a stunning embroidered Louis Vuitton gown, and cradled her blossoming bump as she confirmed the news she was to be a mum again.
Sophie, who shot to fame when she landed the role of Sansa Stark in the hit HBO show Game of Thrones, tied the knot with Joe in a surprise ceremony in Las Vegas in May 2019.
The loved-up newlyweds then threw a huge wedding celebration in the south of France the following month, with Joe’s brothers Kevin and Nick serving as best men.
