Mum-to-be Shaughna Phillips says she has lived with her boyfriend for two years, but refuses to give away any information on him.
The Love Island star, 28, announced she is expecting her first child earlier this week, with the news coming as a surprise to many fans, who had no idea that she was in a relationship.
Shaughna teased her mystery boyfriend's identity in a sweet video as she shared a clip of their baby scan which read: "Shaughna and Billy's baby," revealing her partner's name.
Now, the television personality has spoken out on why she has kept her relationship out of the spotlight as well as giving more details about her partner.
"We knew each other as teenagers and we were in the same circles. But we’ve both had partners and it’s never really been the right time, she told OK!.
"We were friends beforehand and then we got together romantically around summer 2020."
Shaughna explained how the couple's relationship "fast-tracked" after they moved in together quickly during lockdown.
When she was asked whether she would ever reveal her boyfriend's identity.
"He just doesn’t want to be in the public eye. I have to respect his wishes. Never say never," she added.
The reality TV star who came to fame on the sixth series of Love Island said that he was happy to be "sitting in the background".
According to the publication, Shaughna's mystery man is a businessman and property developer.
On Wednesday, she shared the exciting news with fans that she was having a baby.
"Our greatest chapter yet…" she wrote in the caption to a series of videos.
The 28-year-old managed to keep her bump a secret before sharing her happy news.
Shaughna's baby is due in March 2023, meaning that she was able to keep her pregnancy a secret for the first three months.
She carefully covered her tummy in clever photos so fans didn't suspect a thing.
At the National Television Awards this week and she was photographed with her hand over her stomach in a bid to hide it from fans.
She stunned in a white lace jumpsuit that nipped her in at the waist.
The bombshell wore her long flowing locks in lose waves and held a matching clutch bag.
After sharing her baby news, she was met by messages of congratulations from famous pals, including Vicky Pattison, who gushed: "Omg!!! Congratulations beautiful girl."
Billie Faiers added: "Awww congratulations darling lots of love xxx."

Her co-star Demi Jones was also quick to comment on the video reveal.
She gushed: "I’ve rewatched this like 50 times. I love you so much I’m so happy and proud of you!!!"
