An underactive thyroid is where the gland does not produce enough hormones, with symptoms such a tiredness. weight gain or feeling depressed.

It can be treated by having daily hormone tablets and regular blood tests.

Olivia added: "My levels are good but they do fluctuate a bit. I didn't have any issues with pregnancy and haven't done during pregnancy.

"I am being monitored and my meds were increased slightly but I'm still classes as low risk at the moment."

Olivia has been sharing her pregnancy journey online and in an exclusive chat with Mirror Online last month, the reality star talked about how she feels she is "mourning the girl I was" as she detailed the challenges of being pregnant.

Having risen to fame on Love Island back in 2016- which is widely considered the wildest series to date- Olivia said she is "leaving that person behind" as she prepares to enters her next chapter, motherhood.

"I think it is realising your life is going to change quite dramatically and I'm sort of mourning the person that you're leaving behind a little bit," she said.

"That's how it feels to me. I'm going into this new life and mourning the girl I was before. It is just a strange feeling, it's not a horrible feeling. It is quite overwhelming."

The couple met on the second series of the reality show, which was filled with X-rated moments, complicated love triangles and drunken rows.

But nearly six years on and happily married, the couple are a far cry from their wild child days having settled down in a £1million mansion surrounded by countryside in Essex.

Now in her third trimester, the television personality admitted it felt " quite scary the realisation we have a couple of months left ".

"I just felt suddenly my bump had completely grown and trying to roll out of bed is not easy. I can't even pick up anything off the floor," she said.

"It's just been quite hard to get my head around not being able to do what I usually do."

The couple are determined to keep the gender of their baby a surprise until birth, but admitted they were "beside themselves" trying to figure out the sex during a scan recently.

"We went for a scan the other day and we were beside ourselves trying to work it out and I've had a dream that it was a girl, but I've had a dream it was a boy so really didn't help me," Olivia said.

"I thought it might be telling me something but I've dreamt both. I think it's just me trying to imagine what it's going to be like. I have no idea. People say "oh, I've had a feeling" but I can't tell. I would love to know."
