Natasha Hamilton opened up to her Real Housewives of Cheshire co-stars about experiencing the "perfect orgasm" during a wild sex retreat.
On Monday, the Atomic Kitten singer revealed all about her sex life as the RHOC cast visited the retreat and spoke to relationship guru Louise Van Der Velde.
Louise, known as the Pleasure Professor, gave the stars tips on how to have more fun in the bedroom after the expert advised Lauren Simon on how to find love again following her divorce five years ago.
Lauren her RHOC friends: "Tonight I have invited you along to get in touch with your perfect orgasm."
'"I mastered that a long time ago!" exclaimed Natasha. "The thing with women is we need not just penetration, we need stimulation as well. Men feel like it is two pumps and a squirt and it is done."
Lauren joked: "I have to agree with Natasha. We need to be stroked and stroked till we c*** - like a dog!"
Meanwhile, Natasha joined Christine Lampard on ITV's Lorraine on Wednesday with her RHOC co-star Tanya Bardsley.
The Atomic Kitten star admitted there is a "lot of tension" on the ITVBe show.
She said: "I hadn't watched the show for a while, but it was definitely an eye opener, everything was brought to the table at the dinner parties. I'm not looking forward to another one."
Tanya added: "It does affect you, there's a lot of positives of the show and I love my time on the show. But when a lot of strong personalities come together there's bound to be drama."
Natasha is pregnant with her fifth child, her first with her husband Charles Gay with the star admitting they had been "trying for while" before she fell pregnant.
The singer shares son Josh, 20, with celebrity bodyguard Fran Cosgrave; Harry, 18, with actor Gavin Hatcher; Alfie, 12, with ex husband Riad Erraji, and daughter Ella, eight, with boyband star Ritchie Neville.
Natasha recently revealed she is expecting a baby girl with a sweet gender reveal video that saw the family look thrilled as pink confetti popped out of two cannons.
