Pregnant Marnie Simpson says she feels "depressed" after a nasty virus made her sick "10 times a night".
The Geordie Shore star, 30, who is expecting her second child in May says she has forgotten what it's like to feel "normal".
In her OK! column she wrote: "I’ve also been having trouble with my breathing. I can’t really sleep much and I can’t get comfortable."
"I'm sad to tell you I've been feeling so poorly the last couple of weeks. I'm feeling better now, but I was bed-bound for a week.
"I had a horrible virus and it felt like it was never-ending. I felt so ill. It started off as indigestion sickness, I just couldn’t keep anything down.
"It was really frustrating, but I also caught a bug at the same time. It was horrible. I still feel a bit bunged up now and my morning sickness has come back, so I’m feeling depressed about it all.
"It’s just never-ending and I’ve forgotten what it’s like to feel normal and it’s dragging on a lot."
She revealed on an Instagram story that she was "worried the baby wasn't getting enough nutrients" after her constant sickness.
"I'm worried the baby isn't going to get enough nutrients, I called the GP and get no where maybe I'll try again today, also another note before I'm sick I'm so uncomfortable in bed, like every possible position is so painful and i feel like I can't breathe, I struggle to get a deep breath until I've been sick,"
"It's almost as if they're isn't enough room or something its weird, once I've been sick I'm relived slightly but today I feel weak which is why I thin I need help."
She asked followers to share their tips and tricks on the best food to eat when feeling poorly.
The 30-year-old spoke out about the "mum guilt" she was feeling too, adding that she felt she wasn't giving her son Rox enough attention because she was feeling so drained.
This bout of sickness isn't the first for Marnie, she revealed that this now is the third sick bug that she's been struck with since falling pregnant.
