"Birthday gyal," the mum-to-be captioned the picture collection on Instagram on Sunday.

They tied the knot in 2019 - exchanging vows during a stunning Tuscan ceremony.
Mum-to-be Leona previously expressed an interest in adopting when discussion her plans to start a family.
"I do want children, but Dennis and I have also talked about adopting," she once revealed in a past interview.
"My mum grew up in a children’s home. No one adopted her as a child and I would very much like to adopt. But I’m still figuring things out.
"If it was up to my husband, we would have had kids yesterday."
Leona is one of the country's most successful female solo artists - selling over 35 million records worldwide and being nominated for multiple awards since rising to fame on The X Factor.
The multi-talented artist became the first British female solo artist to reach the top five with eight singles, surpassing Olivia Newton-John's record of seven.
However, in 2014, the Hackney-born star parted ways with music mogul and former mentor Simon Cowell - after feeling like she was at that stage all they were doing was holding me back from fulfilling my potential".
"They weren’t giving me any choice. So no, I said, we’re done now. It’s all good, I’ve still got so much love but we’re done," She told the Independent at the time.
"Simon probably doesn’t even know what went on in that way, but I felt disrespected and I felt it was a very callous way to act when all I was trying to do was do what I loved. I was in limbo and that’s the worst place to be. You can’t leave me hanging on a string."
Leona went on to sign a new record deal with Universal.
