Kourtney Kardashian has been limited to FaceTime only with her husband Travis Barker as he tour with his band Blink 182.
The drummer and reality star revealed they were expecting a child earlier this month after Kourtney held up a sign which read Travis I'm Pregnant at his band's concert.
Since then, the pair have also revealed the gender of their first child together - a boy.
It appears that the event was themed around a concert tour, with guests given lanyards that read: "Baby Barker world tour with special guests Kravis. All Access."
A poster greeted attendees at the entrance which featured the same artwork and teased a performance by Kourtney and Travis, known collectively as Kravis.
The couple were seen sat at a drum kit for the reveal itself, with drummer Travis playing the instrument for a moment before blue confetti came down over the gathering.
Kourtney and Travis are well known for their excessive displays of affection, both on the Kardashian's Hulu show and when attending events, but their time together has been paused, according to insiders.
“Kourtney would love to be on the road the entire time Travis is touring but being several months pregnant, that’s just not realistic,” a source told Us Weekly.
“So when he’s away and they’re not able to be together, they text and FaceTime constantly."
The insider added that while Kourtney is still planning on attending shows when she can, she's been focused on taking "really good care of herself" and is "playing it safe."
"Even though he’s not always by her side, she has plenty of support from her family, and especially her kids," they said.
"They’ve all been surrounding her night and day for anything she may need. It’s a really special time in Kourtney and Travis’s life, and they couldn’t be more ecstatic.”
