Following the announcement of her first child on February 15 it was revealed that the couple were no longer together.

Gary confirmed the split to The Sun, saying: "I love Laura but we are no longer together. My main drive as always is to work together to co-parent our child. I look forward to the arrival of the new baby."

The former Love Island contestant noticed that her account was being bombarded with negative comments following the announcement that the whirlwind romance was over.

She wrote: "If anyone writes anything negative on my page re my pregnancy you will be blocked. Nobody on here except my friends and family knows the reality regarding the past few months of my life because I don't comment on press articles or give details of any other party.

I will never play the victim even in my vulnerable state. I'm simply moving on with my life with my head held high. I do not appreciate abuse at a time I am trying my best to protect myself and my unborn child. Please think before typing."
