Gemma Atkinson was left issuing an apology to her fiance Gorka Marquez as she went 'solo'. The Hits Radio host, who is pregnant with her second child, also made an admission about her home as she told her followers that she's currently going it alone while Gorka goes away to work.
The Strictly Come Dancing star is currently preparing to hit the road with his co-star on the BBC One show and his dance partner Karen Hauer as they bring their Firedance 2023 tour to venues across the country - including The Bridgewater Hall in Manchester.
It comes after Gorka, 32, missed out on the recent Strictly Live tour, which came to an end on Sunday (February 12), as he opted to spend time with Gemma and thie daughter, Mia, ahead of touring the country from the end of February through to early April with Karen.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Gemma told her millions of followers in a video posted to her Instagram Story: "Gorka's back on the road now. He's back touring. Gone rehearsing [for] Firedance. Have you got your tickets? [It's] gonna be very good."
She then went on: "So, solo! I'm riding solo so my house is going to be on it's a**e which is fine, it always is. Probably knackered but hey ho. Keeping moving is what they say. Lean with it rock with it. It's what you gotta do."
Gemma then got chatting to her toddler who appeared to tell her that someone wanted to marry her. "Has he got you a ring?" the mum-of-two-to-be asked to which Mia said no. But Gemma replied: "Wooo. You have to ask your dad first."
Before adding: "Don't marry the first one, Mia. A tip from me." The former Hollyoaks and Emmerdale star, who got engaged to Gorka on Valentine's Day 2021, then laughed as she said: "Marry the third one," appearing to hint at previous engagements, one of which she confirmed in 2013 when she was in a relationship with former Britain's Got Talent star, Liam Richards.
But Gemma ended up apologising to Gorka, 32, as she filed Mia enjoying her Sunday at the family's Greater Manchester home. The three-year-old was clearly reminiscing to last year's Strictly as she announced in to her toy mic that Will Mellor and his dance partner Nancy Xu were about to take to the floor with a Samba.
"Sorry Papa," Gemma typed alongside the video as she tagged both Gorka and Will. Last month, Mia was reunited with the former Corrie and Two Pints of Lager actor as Gemma and Gorka headed to watch the Strictly tour at Manchester's AO Arena.
Mia got to catch up with Will backstage with the pair seen sharing a hug in a video filmed by Gorka after first meeting each other during the 2022 series in Blackpool.
