Gemma Atkinson has revealed her new project as she prepared for the birth of her second child. The pregnant Hits Radio presenter, who is having a baby boy with Strictly Come Dancing professional Gorka Marquez, has a three-year-old daughter Mia with her fiance.
She took to Instagram Stories to announce that she's working on a new project - a podcast in which she'll tackle relatable subjects. The first topic on Gemma's show will be bonding with baby number two, and she says it won't pull any punches.
She wrote on her Instagram Stories: "Hey guys! So I'm currently working on a podcast but with a slight twist. I want YOU to be the star of it."

She explained: "Each week it'll be a different topic and the first one is about bonding with baby number 2. Can you love another human as much as your first baby??? How do you ensure they BOTH get attention??"
She added: "I'm looking forward to honest baby bonding stores. The good and bad. The happy and sad to go in my real, relatable new podcast." Gemma asked that anyone wishing to share their stories should contact gemma.asksitanyway@bauermedia.co.uk.
Over on her Hits Radio co-star Mike Toolan's Instagram, he shared a comical post with a picture of Gemma holding a doll baby. "So @glouiseatkinson has come round to mind and brought a plastic baby which she's currently talking to. How's your Wednesday?" he joked.
Yesterday (Tuesday February 28) the former Emmerdale and Hollyoaks said she was emotional to be reunited with the obstetrician who brought her little girl safely into the world in July 2019. Mia made a dramatic arrival by caesarean when the baby's heart rate dropped with every contraction and Gemma was overcome to have the chance to say thank you.
"So I've been back at Bolton today. I've had an appointment with my obstetrician and when she walked in the room it was unbelievable. It was the same lady who delivered Mia," she explained in a video shared with her Instagram followers.
She added: "Literally, I could not believe it. It was so bizarre. I felt like it's come full circle. With Mia I was all over the place. She got Mia out and handed her to me."
She added: "In the madness of the moment I didnt get to say thank you and I said 'thank you so much'. Unbelievable." Announcing her pregnancy news in January she wrote: "Impossible to hide my belly any longer. I’ve officially 'popped.' Our baby boy will be joining our family later this year."
