Pregnant Eugenie and sister Beatrice have pub night out with Piers Morgan and James Blunt

Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie have been spotted enjoying a pub outing with a host of celebrity pals, including Piers Morgan and James Blunt.

The star-studded group visited the aptly named Princess Royal in Notting Hill, West London, over the weekend.

Eugenie, who is expecting her second child with husband Jack Brooksbank, displayed her blossoming baby bump in a blue floral print dress and scooped her hair into a casual bun.

She paired the outfit with knee-high black suede boots and a long camel coat.

Meanwhile, her sister Beatrice opted for a navy corduroy dress with black tights and ankle boots, leaving her hair down in loose waves around her shoulders.

Pictures show the group erupting into laughter while gathered outside the pub as James Blunt's wife, Sofia Wellesley, carries a cardboard cutout of one of the guests.

The partygoers were seen with at least three magnums of Chateau Lynch Bages 1999 red wine, which costs around £145 per bottle.

While it is not known exactly what the occasion was for, Piers has previously spoken about his friendship with Beatrice and Eugenie's mother, Sarah Ferguson.

Writing in a Mail on Sunday column, he emphasised his relationship with the Duchess of York, saying: "I’ve always had a soft spot for Fergie".

He also wrote about a conversion with the two Princesses, in which he told Beatrice: "She’s always been very loyal to me, and I greatly appreciate it."

Beatrice is said to have responded by saying that the Duchess "appreciates" the loyalty Piers has shown her.

Piers went on to elaborate about knowing both Princesses since they were young, and discussed the media attention that they have faced over the years.

He also described the siblings as "incredibly nice, polite and good fun".

Beatrice and Eugenie's appearances come after their mum, Fergie, confirmed that she was not invited to the King's Coronation ceremony next month.

When asked if she'll be attending, the Duchess of York told Good Morning Britain: "No I'm not because it's a state occasion and being divorced you can't have it both ways.

"I'm enjoying being divorced to my husband not from my husband."

Kate interjected: "You don't mind, you don't feel sorry? You have grown up with them and you're very close to Charles."

"The great thing about this moment in time is the unity of family I think they're doing a great job of unifying the family," Sarah continued.

"I'm not there in the state occasion but that doesn't mean I'm not there privately. You can't sit on the fence, you're either in or out."

Meanwhile, supporting Charles and Queen Camilla will be all of the working royals, including the Prince and Princess of Wales and their children Prince George - who will be a page of honour - Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

Prince Edward and Sophie - the new Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh - Princess Anne, the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, the Duke of York and Princess Alexandra, will also be in attendance.

Wider family members including Beatrice, Eugenie and Zara and Mike Tindall are expected to be there - but they won't appear on the Buckingham Palace balcony after the ceremony.

Prince Harry will also be at the ceremony but his wife Meghan will stay behind in California with their two children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
