Dani Dyer has announced that she’s expecting twin girls with boyfriend Jarrod Bowen as she marked the “halfway point” of her pregnancy.
The former Love Island star is already to mother to two-year-old son Santiago, who she shares with ex-boyfriend Sammy Kimmence.
In light of her pregnancy announcement, the 26-year-old confirmed on Wednesday that she’s set to welcome twin girls later this year.
Taking to Instagram, she shared a sweet photo of her cradling her bump and wrote: “Halfway our little darlings.
“A lot of you have been asking on the gender of our babies and we are so excited to share with you all that we are having identical twin girls.
“Any tips/recommendations I am so open to.”
Last week, the TV personality had her fans in stitches as she revealed her father Danny Dyer’s hilarious reaction to the news that she is expecting twins.
Taking to Instagram Stories at the time, she uploaded a text message exchange between herself and her famous father, Danny, capturing his response.
When Dani told her EastEnders star father the news, he replied: “Hold up, are you f***ing joking me?”
His daughter responded: “Dad, I can’t believe it, they missed it on the scan and now it’s come up as identical twins.”
“WTF. Oh my f***ing god,” Danny replied.
Her mother, Joanne Mas, jokingly asked: “Can I have one?”
Dani, who originally shot to fame in the 2018 series of Love Island, first confirmed that she was expecting earlier this month with a slew of pictures on social media.
In one, Santiago could be seen holding a blackboard showing the words “I’m going to be a big brother to twins”. The board had two scans pinned to it.
She also shared a couple of pictures showing off her blossoming baby bump.
Alongside the post, Dani wrote: “We have been keeping a little secret. Our little TWINS. So excited to meet our babies and watch Santi be the best big brother.
“The biggest surprise of our lives but feeling SO blessed. Our family is getting a lot bigger and we can’t wait.”
