Pregnant Charlotte Dawson confirms unborn baby's gender after 'letting slip' news

Charlotte Dawson has revealed the gender of her second child in a sweet video, after appearing to accidentally let slip the news last week.

Ex on the Beach star Charlotte, 30, shared a video where she, her fiancé Matt Sarsfeild and their son Noah revealed the gender of the tot to fans – as she explained the family already knew.

The sweet clip begins in black and white as little Noah, two, is wearing a pair of striped pyjamas with the top reading: "I'm going to be a big brother".

Pregnant Charlotte, Matt and Noah then gather around a large black balloon which has to words "prince or princess" printed on.

The couple then get Noah to try and pop the balloon, but as he struggles dad Matt takes over to burst the balloon as the footage turns from black and white to colour as the balloon sprays out blue confetti to reveal they're having a boy.

The family, who are all wearing blue, all cheer as Noah is seen marvelling at the confetti on the floor before he begins playing with it.

Charlotte then films the pyjamas Noah was wearing before panning the camera over to another pair of pyjamas, which has the words: "I'm getting a little brother August 2023," printed on.

As she shared the clip with her 1.3 million fans, Charlotte wrote in the caption: "ITS A…." followed by a pink and blue heart emoji.

Another added: "Boy mama. Best thing in the world."

"Aww congratulations Charlotte and Matt! Exciting times," a third penned.

It comes after Charlotte let slip the happy news in a video posted last week – after announcing she was expecting her second child in February.

In the clip, Charlotte was having a good time with her son while her baby kicked around inside her belly.

She then turned to her son to giggle about how active her unborn baby was being.

"Oh my god. Baby's going crazy in my belly. Noah, he's going crazy," she said.

"Are you going to come and touch... the baby? Are you gonna feed some crispies to baby?"

Charlotte announced she was expecting again in February, revealing she and Matt are expecting a "rainbow baby" after Charlotte suffered a devastating miscarriage 10 weeks into her pregnancy in April.

Charlotte gushed to OK! magazine: "I can’t believe it’s actually happened again and Noah is going to be a big brother."

She added: "Obviously this one is a rainbow baby. I feel very blessed and very happy that I’ve managed to get pregnant again. We were absolutely heartbroken about the miscarriage last year. It came as a shock when I found out last April. It was like we’d just come to the realisation that we were having a baby and I lost it at 10 weeks."
