Charlotte Dawson was seen breaking down in tears as she opened up about the extent of the trolling she receives as she prepares to welcome her second child. The reality star and her fiance Matthew Sarsfield are preparing to welcome their 'rainbow baby' after suffering a heartbreaking miscarriage.
The loved-up couple revealed that "three will become four" after they welcomed their first child, son Noah, in 2020. "We are just over the moon to grow our little fambo," Charlotte said on social media back in February.
Charlotte has since been sharing updates from her second pregnancy with her loyal social media followers and regularly shows off her blossoming baby bump. And last month, while soaking up the sun with Matt and their two-year-old son Noah ahead of becoming a family of four, the former Ex On the Beach star addressed a common comment.

The daughter of late comedian Les Dawson said: "I'm aware I hold my bump all the time in pics and getting some backlash for it but I'm very proud of it and blessed I have another little baby boyo on the way."
She went on: "Also I'm not gonna have my bumpalicious for long so need to make the most of it and cherish it. Take lots of pics, memories so I can show baba boyo like I show Noah.." She then added: "Also it's a beltin' prop," alongside a crying laughing emoji.
This week, Charlotte has emotionally taken to social media as she revealed that online trolls have called social services claiming she's an unfit mother. Posting a video to Instagram the soon-to-be mum-of-two shared that she had been taking a break from social media due to feeling upset about the action from trolls.
In the video, she explained: "If you have been following me for a while you will have seen that I got a phone call off social services last year, last July. Basically it was saying that Noah is always injured in my care, I'm always drunk around him, he's always in hospital and all this c**p.
"They said me and Matthew aren't capable of looking after Noah and he needs to be taken off of us. That was all last year and obviously nothing's come of it and it's just kind of been forgotten about."
Charlotte went on to share: "This person makes accounts all the time and says really disgusting and disturbing things, and puts like Noah's name on a gravestone, sick things like that. They say things like I've never met my dad and why am I trying to make money out of my dad? Just weird, weird s**t."
Revealing that the troll had once again called social services, she continued: "This time round I got another phone call on Friday saying the same situation, the exact same thing - so this person is not going to stop until something drastically bad happens to me, my family, or Noah gets taken off us." She then pleaded: "Just stop now."
Charlotte's followers were quick to share their support in the comments, with cleaning influencer and mum-of-two Mrs Hinch sharing that a similar thing had happened to her: "Oh my I’m so sorry a similar thing happened to me Charlotte , it’s sickening but please never ever give up. You make me smile daily on here and you’re incredible [heart emoji] all the best xx"
