Britney Spears' detox from social media lasted a little over a week but she's certainly back with a bang and one of her latest Instagram posts has confused a number of her fans.
The songstress, 40, took to the social media platform on Thursday to share a number of racy snaps.
She was seen holding new pup Sawyer in her arms while baring all for the camera.
The naked singer posed in what appeared to be her bedroom wearing nothing but a smile. She covered her dignity on the post using a blue diamond emoji while hiding her baby bump with her new pet pooch.
While she grinned at the camera for one shot, in another she posed with an excited face.
She followed up the pics with a quote which read: "If you love someone, set the free. If you hate someone, set them free. Basically set everyone free and get a dog."
Fiance Sam Asghari was among the thousands of followers to have liked her post, but not everyone was impressed and some commented to share their confusion at what they were seeing.
One user wrote: "The dog is confused and so am I," while a second said: "Someone please take her phone away."
A third responded: " Britney you are 40 now, behave properly. Think about your Kids when they see this pictures I don't think they are proud. Grow up."
And a fourth simply said: "Why??"
The comments section wasn't completely full of negativity though, with a number of her loyal followers also expressing their love for the Toxic singer.
One user replied with the now regular response: "QUEEN OF POP I LOVE YOU," while another described her energy as being "on fire ".
Britney, who announced she was pregnant with her third child last month, opened up earlier this month about how her dad Jamie had ruined her sex life with cruel fat jibes.
The singer, who joined The Mickey Mouse Club at the age of 12, says she was originally secure in her looks before her controlling family pressurised her into trying to be "perfect and pretty".
Sharing a snap of herself as a 13-year-old to her Instagram followers, Britney said: “One of the things that hurt me the most is that I was always being told I was fat and never good enough. My dad always made me feel like I had to try ... try ... try! Big time.
"He ruined the deep seed of my existence ... the seed that made me feel beautiful like when I was 13 ... my confidence ... my swag ... my inner dialogue ... and yes even my sex life... all completely ruined!
"He made me feel ugly ... therefore I was. I think my rebellious days were due to the fact I always had to be perfect and pretty ... then I went to the extremes and went wild and naughty."
