Pregnant TOWIE star Amy Childs has hired a sleep nanny to help her cope with her new twins after she revealed she "doesn't know what to expect".
The Essex girl, 32, is expecting twins with her partner Billy Delbosq, 39, in April and is pulling together an army of support ahead of their due date.
Mum of two Amy is worried the tots might arrive earlier than planned after recently suffering from stomach cramps.
It is something she experienced with children Polly, five, and Ritchie, four, but says this time "felt different".
Amy has since enlisted help from family and professionals as she prepares to become a mum of four.
"I've got a midwife on board and a sleep expert," she told Closer.
"I get help with Rich. Ive got Mum and Dad, and Billy's mum and sister. With twins I don't really know what to expect, so I have got a sleep nanny too - someone to get me into a routine.
"She'll stay with me for a couple nights and will be here for the days and into the evening."
Amy added: "We've got an amazing unit around us - Harry [Derbidge, Amy's cousin] only lives eight minutes away, and he's great."
The TV star recently phoned the hospital at 3am after a health scare following the cramps.
Opening up about the scary time, she said: "A couple of nights ago I couldn’t sleep at all. I got up around 1am and my tummy was really cramping. I’ve had it before, it’s not like it’s my first baby, but I said to Bill that something felt different.
"I rang the hospital around 3:30am and said, ‘Look, I feel like I’ve really got a belly ache and bad belly pain’. I told them that the babies were moving and really active, which was good, because what I didn’t want to go to the hospital for them to check me, see that they were moving and tell me it's just Braxton Hicks."
She was told there are double the contractions when you're expecting twins - but was concerned her son and daughter might be arriving early.
Amy announced her pregnancy with boyfriend, Billy - who she's been with since 2021 - in October.
The couple recently enjoyed a stay at the lavish £600-a-night Cave Hotel near Canterbury for their baby moon before they become proud parents of twins.
She has already said this will be her last pregnancy as she wants her partner to ‘have the snip’.
