A south coast PR agency has launched a new property arm based in Birmingham. Southampton-based Antler Agency has a new office in Colmore Row and appointed experienced PR professional Charlotte Crossley as managing director to lead the new operation, called Antler Property PR.
The agency will work with housebuilders, developers, contractors and property consultancies across the Midlands, north of England and Wales.
Ms Crossley's previous work includes as a director and shareholder of Birmingham-based Core Marketing and spells with tech campus Innovation Birmingham and Solihull housebuilder Hayfield.
Established in 2017, Antler Agency specialises in both digital and printed marketing services, video podcasts, websites and hybrid brochures.
Its client roster includes Countryside Properties, Savills and Taylor Wimpey and it is also planning to launch two further specialist divisions next spring.
Ms Crossley said: "I couldn't be any more excited to be launching this new business division which will complement the services Antler has built its reputation on for the past five years.
"With so much political and economic change, communicating to new and existing audiences has never been more important. I am an ardent believer in the value of building momentum for property development projects via the media.
